1. Pan card of proprietor or firm registration
2. Declaration of proprietor on letterhead with authorized signature and stamp.
for partnership organizations
1. Partnership Deed or Company Pan Card
for the Pvt. Ltd. organization
1. Incorporation Certificate, Company Pan Card, Service or Sale Tax Documents
Scope of activity requiring certification—Declaration on letterhead concerning business activities with an authorized signature and stamp.
Invoices Issued: Xerox copies of two invoiced sales or services issued
Invoices received: Xerox copies of two invoiced purchases
