RERA Registration

It applies to commercial, residential, and planned development. It applies to any builder who wants to develop a property (commercial or residential) on more than 500 square metres of land or has more than eight proposed apartments in all phases and must obtain RERA registration.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR RERA REGISTRATION

  • Name, photograph, contact details, and address of the promoter in the case of an individual

  • Name, photograph, contact details, and address of the chairman, partners, and directors in the case of business entities

  • Authenticated copy of the PAN card of the promoter

  • balance sheet along with the profit and loss account for the last three assessment years.

  • annual report, director’s report, and auditor's report of the promoter for the last three financial years.

  • Number of open and closed parking areas available in the real estate project

  • A copy of the legal title deed indicating the promoter's title to the land or plot on which the proposed project is to be developed.

  • Details of the consent of the owner of the loan along with documents such as a collaboration agreement, a development agreement, a joint development agreement, etc. are required in case the promoter is not the owner of the land on which the project to be developed is proposed.

  • application for registration with the Regulatory Authority.

  • registration fee in the form of a demand draught or banker's check. The fee can also be paid through an online mode of payment.
