A tax notice is a written notification that alerts a taxpayer to a tax-related issue or requirement from a tax authority (typically a government organization). Mytaxpro deals with tax departments to resolve any notice.
Cancilation Policy
Read our policy before booking and then book the slot. Our policy is only valid as scheduled. Once the booking is scheduled, the client should be available at that booking slot time. The buffer time is ten minutes. Otherwise, the booking amount will not be refunded. Policy for refunding failed transactions: Most of the time, clients get refunds within 14 days. If 30 days have gone by since your transaction, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mytaxpro.in.
