1. Application in the prescribed format

2. The applicant's PAN card, along with the company's incorporation certificate, if the applicant is a firm or an LLP of the company.

3. Aadhar is mandatory if he is an individual applicant.

4. The latest municipality property tax receipts

5. Lease documents or consent letters from the owner of the property

6. No objection certificate from the immediate neighbour

7.A trade building certified layout plan displaying the business
